We know your privacy is important to you. It is just as important to us! That is why we have developed a stringent privacy policy that is strictly enforced. When you come to our club we want you to know that we do everything we can to protect your privacy. We enjoy our lifestyle - but, our business contacts, friends, neighbors and family may not feel as excited about the lifestyle as we are. So come and relax and have a good time!
Our Privacy Policy
• All membership information is protected by secure passwords and only staff members who are assigned to view membership data are allowed to access the membership database.
• No membership data is allowed to leave the premises under any circumstances.
• When a member fails to renew his or her membership there is a 90 day grace placed on the membership. Should the members account not be renewed by the member within the grace period, all personal data on the member is removed from the database.
• For your security - a picture of the member is taken and stored in our database. Each time a member comes to the club, his or her ID is checked against the picture we have on file. This assures that you and only you can use your ID card to enter the premises. If you are a couple - each one is issued an ID card with the same ID number on the card.
• No-one but paid members are allowed in the club under any circumstances, except for emergency personnel, in the case of an emergency.
• Information on members is never given out. For example if someone were to call the club to see if you are there - the person calling will be told they do not know who you are. They are not allowed to call anyone to the phone - even in an emergency.
• Unless you give your name, telephone number or any other personal information to a staff member voluntarily the staff will never ask you for anything but your membership number, member ID card, or first name. You have complete control of your information and identity.
• If you request email notifications or newsletters, the emails will only be sent to the email address you supply. If you do not want newsletters or notifications sent to you - please do not provide an email address.
• All paid members are issued a membership card with nothing to identify them on the card except a bar code, member number or magnetic strip.
